Color Tools

Color Cop allows you to capture colors from anywhere on your desktop, but the spiffiest part is that is generates complementary colors. I have a hell of a time picking out colors that look good with each other when I’m making website layouts or graphics, so I get the feeling this is going to be really handy. Color Cop is a free, small downloadable program.
If you’re looking for something web-based, try Colorblender. Enter the RGB colors and it generates complementary colors in both RGB and HTML. Spiffy.
